Terms and Conditions | Lalamove Jom Move Challenge

Eligibility:

Lalamove Jom Move Challenge (“Contest”) is organised by Lalamove Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Lalamove”) and is open to all new and existing Malaysian Lalamove Driver Partners (“Partners”), subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate, all Partners must:
- Have an active Lalamove Driver Partner account, and
- Register on the official Lalamove Jom Move Challenge website during the contest period.
This Contest is open to verified Lalamove Driver Partners based in Malaysia.
The following Partners are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
- Partners who register after the contest period,
- Partners who did not register through the official Lalamove Jom Move Challenge website, or
- Partners who have been banned or suspended from the Lalamove platform.

Contest Period:

This Contest will run from 17th October 2025, 12.00 am to 12th December 2025, 11.59 pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Contest Period”).
Any completed orders before or after the Contest Period shall no longer be entitled to any entries.
Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue or terminate the Contest Period at any time before the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice, and no compensation in cash or kind shall be given.

Participation:

This Contest will be conducted through the Lalamove Driver App.
To be eligible to join the Contest, Partners must:
- Register as a Lalamove Driver Partner within the contest period,
- Complete the required deposit and display Lalamove stickers on their vehicle, and
- Register for the Lalamove Jom Move Challenge through the official website.
Once all the above requirements are fulfilled, the Partner will be deemed eligible and automatically opted into the Contest.
A Completed Order refers to an order successfully fulfilled by the Partner, where the items are delivered to the designated drop-off location without any refund request or complaint lodged by the Lalamove user regarding the delivery.

Winners Selection/Announcement:

Lalamove may publish the details of top participants, including each Partner’s name and number of completed orders, throughout the Contest Period. Partners with a higher number of completed orders will have a greater chance of being selected as winners at the end of the Contest.
The winners will be announced on the Lalamove Driver App, official website, and Lalamove social media platforms within 15 days after the end of the Contest Period.Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
A total of six (6) winners will be selected, and each winner is eligible to receive only one (1) prize.
The winners’ announcement may include the name, partial identification number, photograph, town/region of the Partner’s account, and prize details of each winner.
All winners will be contacted via phone call or WhatsApp prior to the official announcement. Winners must acknowledge receipt of their prize notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and Lalamove reserves the right to award the prize to another winner.
Lalamove shall not be held liable in the event that winners cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever.

The Prize(s):

The Winners in this contest will receive RM2,000 which will be credited to the winner’s Lalamove wallet.
Each Partner is entitled to win (1) one prize only.
Lalamove reserves the right to forfeit the prize of any winner who does not provide the required details as stipulated in the Contest Terms and Conditions.
All prizes are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The prizes are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty, express or implied. Lalamove shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or possession of the prize, including but not limited to any defect or malfunction of the prize. Winners agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Lalamove from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in connection with the receipt, use or possession of the prize, regardless of whether such claims arise from the Lalamove’s negligence, breach of contract or any other cause of action.

General Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Contest, Partners acknowledge, understand and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions of this Contest, including but not limited to substituting the prizes with other prizes of equal value, at any time without giving any prior notice to the Partners, and Partners agree to be bound by those changes.
Lalamove reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Partners’ participation in the contest without cause and notice, in particular, if: –
- Partners is not an eligible or qualified Partners;
- Partners fail to fulfil all or any of the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein;
- Partners has engaged in conduct that Lalamove considers inappropriate or unacceptable;
- Partners has breached any Terms & Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations; and
- any other reasons Lalamove deems fit at Lalamove's sole discretion
Lalamove shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials information submitted by Partners, including but not limited to, the names, photographs, town or region of the Partners in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the Partners and the Partners shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation on the materials.
Lalamove’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
Lalamove shall not be liable for any claims by the Partners or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Contest.
In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other language’s version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
By participating in the Contest, Partners consent to Lalamove’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of Partners personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Contest (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Lalamove’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lalamove’s Privacy Notice
Partners agree that Partners shall not question the decisions of Lalamove without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Contest, all decisions of Lalamove shall be final and conclusive.
